Contract, tax and payments
- You contract with Bizseed Ventures Private Limited, India (brand: Bebaak) under an MSA, SOW, NDA and DPA.
- Invoices in USD, GBP, AUD or AED; export of services, zero-rated for Indian GST under LUT.
- Pay by international wire, Wise or Skydo — monthly in advance; audits 100% upfront.
- A US or UAE front-end entity is planned once offshore revenue justifies it; it does not exist today.
Confidentiality & quality
- Work stays inside your systems wherever possible; no client data on personal devices.
- Least-privilege, named logins; access removed within 24 hours when someone leaves your engagement.
- Preparer + CA reviewer on every deliverable, with checklists.
- We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification, and we do not sign US/UK/AU returns or audit opinions.
