Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bizseed Ventures Private Limited, trading as Bebaak ("we"), handles personal data collected through bebaak.co, our applications and our services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for clients abroad, the data-protection terms agreed in their contracts.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: name, email, phone, company, location, message and the page you came from
• Account details for users of our applications: name, email, role and sign-in activity
• Business records our clients enter or upload, which we process on the client's behalf
• Technical data: browser type and pages visited, through server logs. We don't use advertising trackers on this site

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, with your consent, follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp
• To provide, secure, bill and support the services you buy
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Client business data

For records our clients keep in Bebaak, the client decides what is stored and why; we act on their instructions. Each client's records are kept in a separate company with access limited to that client's authorised users and the Bebaak staff assigned to them.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Bebaak (hosting, email, messaging, payment processing), under confidentiality terms, or where the law requires.

Where data is stored

Our applications are hosted on cloud servers operated by DigitalOcean. Backups are encrypted. Data for clients abroad may be accessed from India by our delivery team under their engagement terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after last contact. Client records: for the engagement and the period required by Indian law, then deleted or returned. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to siba@bebaak.co; we respond within 30 days.
